When I started this blog on December 3rd, 2011… I never thought it would grow to this. At 38,000 followers!? I never thought in a million years I would EVER inspire ANYONE to do ANYTHING remotely important.

I honestly can’t even express to you girls how much your kind words and thoughtful questions mean to me. Even writing this right now is making me tear up like a dork. You all have given me much more than you realize. I hope to continue to inspire, motivate and educate all of you to achieve your own health and fitness related dreams.

Building my website right now all by myself.. is HARD. But every time I want to just throw my hands up and give up on this crazy coding and writing, I think about how helpful it will be for all of you. I genuinely hope it will bring each and every one of you the knowledge you need to accomplish your goals <3

I’m so sorry that I’m taking so long to respond to your messages. I hope you all know that it’s only because I think you deserve more than a one word response. I’m not ignoring any of you.. I just want to be able to give you the time and thought your questions deserve.
